Douglas Lee Schneider

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas Lee Schneider after a valiant battle with cancer.  Doug was born to Melvin and Maxine Schneider on February 21, 1955 in Chicago, Illinois.  Doug was a successful businessman with a long career in cabinetry sales; but, his children and grandchildren were his greatest pride.

He is survived by his partner, Judie Killian; daughter, Jennifer Pearce (Michael); son, Nicholas Schneider (Nicole); grandchildren:  Audrey, Vincent, Samantha, Emma, Josephyne, Benjamin, and Reagan; mother, Maxine Schneider; sisters:  Sandy Johnson (Ron) and Janet Hunter (Gary); nephew, Philip.

A celebration of Doug's life will take place on Thursday, August 10, 2023 from 5pm-9pm at Moretti's Unique Events (2525 W. Higgins Rd., Hoffman Estates, Illinois 60169).  Please come as you can and share your favorite memories of Doug with family and friends.
